Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.

In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 30 days from receipt.

If a product is defective, you must notify us WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your lashes to be eligible for refund/exchange and paid return shipping by us.
Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer.

All sale items and/or items sold with a promotional code are FINAL SALE.

For damaged item(s), please send us an e-mail at support@glambynblashes.com requesting instructions on how to return an item. Please make sure to include your Name, Order Number, and a Photo of the Product.

Returns processing time

Once we have received your package, your return/exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days. You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been processed. If you have requested a refund due to a defect, please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your accounonce they have received the information from us (typically 2-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
